Shotcrete
The Form and Place
 Alternative

Presented by:  Frank E. Townsend, III - Regional Manager at Superior Gunite.

This presentation will cover the benefits and application methods of Shotcrete.  The great adaptability of shotcrete makes it extremely desirable for the construction of retaining walls.  Using pneumatic equipment for placing structural concrete,  provides time and cost savings by installing either 1-sided or formless shotcrete walls.  Radius and free-form walls are also excellent candidates and the open front method gives the added advantage of allowing for a variety of architectural and artistic finishes to be applied when applying the product.   Shotcrete can add to LEED projects by providing environmentally friendly construction practices.  Come hear how Shotcrete may be an option for your next project.
