Event Details:
Join us for lunch in the museum's cafe for great food and networking at 12:00 pm on Friday, September 27th 2019. Following the lunch is a self-guided tour of the museum. In attendance will be a few members of the project team to answer questions and provide insights to the construction of the museum. No PPE is required as this is an open and active museum.

Your Arrival:
You will enter Glenstone at 12100 Glen Road in Potomac, Maryland at the Gallery Gatehouse. A Glenstone associate will direct you to parking and the Arrival Hall.

Glenstone Guidelines:
To help them preserve and protect the art, galleries, natural environment, and the experience of other visitors, we ask that you respect the following guidelines.

  • Photography is not permitted inside the museum. If you would like to take photos outside, please do so for personal use only, and please don’t use lighting, tripods, or selfie sticks. Professional or commercial photography is not permitted.
  • Please don’t touch the art. Even outdoors sculptures that are exposed to the elements can be damaged by human contact.
  • Stay on marked paths and trails identified on the visitor maps.
  • Please don’t wear heavy outerwear, bags, purses, water bottles, or umbrellas into the exhibition spaces. They offer lockers to store these items.
  • Complimentary wheelchairs and gallery chairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis. For those with limited mobility, cart service is provided by request between the Arrival Hall and the Pavilions
  • Glenstone is a smoke-free environment
