Will Rafferty and Henry Prenger to present 

Henry Prenger ,P.E.

Henry B. Prenger, FACI, is an Engineer with LafargeHolcim and the former Concrete Engineer for the State of Maryland. Prenger is a member of several ACI committees and is the Chair of ACI Subcommittee 301-D, Concrete Mixtures-Section 4. He is a m ember of the Slag Cement Association Technical Marketing Committee and a Past Chair of ATSM Subcommittee C09.27, Ground Slag, Cement, which developed ASTM C989/C989M-18, Standard Specification for the use of Slag Cement in Concrete and Mortar. He is a licensed professional engineer in Maryland.

Will Rafferty

“Will” Rafferty has been involved in the Readymix concrete, cement, aggregate, and the admixture industry for 45 years. He started his career as Technical Services Mgr for Florida Rock Industries Gulf Coast Division. In 1997 he became Technical Serviced Area manager for Essroc Cement in Frederick and Martinsburg. Since 2007 he has been in technical sales for Swope and Associates in the Mid Atlantic. Duties have included specification review, research and development, troubleshooting, training, sales and marketing, material evaluation, quality assurance and quality control and specialty concrete mix design applications. He has been involved with training and administering over 10,000 exams for ACI Grade One which includes Flatwork and Adhesive Anchor.
